Des is a senior professional and Director with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of business settings with extensive skills and experience in Management Consulting, Program, Project Management and Financial Management engagements. His experience encompasses managing business improvement/transformation projects and change responding to business strategy, technology initiatives, strategic financial management reform, policy developments and compliance/regulatory reform.

 

Des has excellent oral and written communication skills together with expertise in stakeholder engagement consultation and management. He has extensive financial management experience and knowledge, with supporting project management, analytical and presentation skills.
