He is also highly attuned to the technologies of the day, and facilitates workshops on progress, fixes and training. His ability to hone in on specific issues, provide options and workarounds, and solve problems makes him a great member to have in any team.

Gayshan has more than 20 years of exposure to project management and IT services management. Having started his career as a programmer, he has been exposed to various roles and industries in companies such as Hewlett Packard and Shell prior to joining Mulgrave Consulting Group.
