WHO WE ARE

Navin is a Project Management professional, with over 12 years’ experience in multiple international settings including Canada, Sri Lanka, Germany and Australia. His past experience includes working in complex, multi layered, fast-paced international organizations such as BASF, PepsiCo, Allianz, and Metrolinx.

Navin takes pride in delivering projects on time and within budget. Key attributes that have helped him achieve that are his negotiation skills, stakeholder and vendor management abilities, and astute contract management.

• Management of multiple automation and technology projects including, system migration, salesforce and logistics automation

• Led the “Presto” travel card project (Similar to myki) that benefitted over 2 million transit users by enabling safe and seamless travel/ cashless connectivity across Ontario, Canada

• Managed the Change Management process, organisational restructuring and setting up new business units for Fortune 500 organisations
