WHO WE ARE

SY is a highly experienced Early Childcare Industry Advisor and business administrator.  She has worked in many different settings including universities, councils and corporate and owner childcare centers.  She is also highly attuned to the standards of children learning, operational management of childcare centers, compliance, and work health and safety.  She has developed a great sense of customer service, people engagement and care for children and society.

SY has more than 15 years of early childhood education and business administration. Having started her career as an assistant supervisor in retail, she has been exposed to various roles and industries in companies such as Lotte in South Korea prior to joining Mulgrave Consulting Group. 
 

The following are some of SY's accomplishments:

• Developed business processes for client engagement, customer service and satisfaction ratings

• Developed creative programming for children in facilitated playgroups using music, loose parts and applying Reggio Emilio principles

• Improved onboarding processes for childcare centers

• Worked with children with special needs and significantly improved their responsiveness and confidence

• Worked with teams to attain 'Exceeded' in ACECQA accreditation of a university childcare center

• Set up management systems for improving efficient floorspace use for the retail industry
