Asia Pacific Public Sector Mentorship Program

The APAC Mentorship Program aims to boost the involvement, retention and success of young professionals seeking broader exposure in the public sector. Driven by our vision ‘Skills without borders’, it’s our responsibility to champion professional skills and give everyone an equal chance of success.

Paired with accomplished leader in industry, the program helps students expand their networks, gain critical insights into the field, grow professionally, and get a headstart on their careers. It’s also a great opportunity for participating professionals to hone their leadership skills and empower the next generation of leaders.

The APAC Public Sector Mentorship Program is commencing (October to December ).  To accommodate the time zones and distance, the program is 100% virtually.

Eligibility criteria

The program is open to Public Service professionals who are:

  • Of any gender

  • Working in the Sector between 5-10 years

  • Based in Asia Pacific region

 

Commitment

We require Mentors to:

  • Attend the Kick-Off Event, Mid Program Event and Closing Event

  • Commit to set aside time once a week with the Mentee

  • Complete the online feedback at the end of the Mentorship Program

Eligibility criteria
The program is open to Mentees who are:

  • Current students working towards the Public Service Sector in Asia Pacific region

  • Young professionals in the Public Service Sector in Asia Pacific region for 1-3 years


Completion Certificate
To be awarded a completion certificate on conclusion of the program, Mentees must:

  • Attend the Kick-Off Event, Mid Program Event and Closing Event

  • Have committed the once-a-week time with Mentor

  • Complete the online feedback at the end of the Mentorship Program
