WHO WE ARE

Gerard Gan

Member of Technical Committee

Strategic leadership, authentic and customer focused

Gerard is an authentic senior leader who is happy to be approached and discuss any topic on.  He has the right political nous and executive capability to engage at different levels to drive public, private and non-profit organisations to success.  After two decades of ‘lateral explorations’ with various industries and business set ups, he is now a well sought-after leader, facilitator and consultant. Previously, held Director Portfolio, Technology and Performance Consulting.

Yet, Gerard has a unique ability to bring people from all walks, from C-Suites to grassroots, to bring their best to the table and work together to achieve enduring results.  In workshops, he creates the best possible environments for collaboration with clear vision, engaging stories, simple management/analytical tools and compelling positive action.

Gerard enjoys kayaking, martial arts and good coffee. His favourite footy team is the Hawthorn Hawks.
